The representative is a member of the Populist Caucus. What does that mean? Well, on the face of it you would think she believes in the rights and power of the people. By definition, that’s exactly what you should think, however, she and her fellow Populists are playing word games.
Sutton doesn’t vote for the rights and power of the people. A look at her voting record shows that she is quite closely aligned with socialist ideas. Sutton consistently votes with her party and against the people of the 13th congressional district.
From my vantage point, standing here on the economically ravaged southern end of the 13th district, Sutton looks like a bad joke and a good Socialist.
